Inside, you’ll find an adjustable padded collar, a nice long chain leash, and two chained clamps with variable tension. Wrap the collar around your/their throat, clip on the leash, and position the (rubber-tipped) metal alligator clamps for maximum pinch – or play with either/or solo. Your scene, your gear!
