Cooking instructions:

1. Bring 4 to 6 cups of water to a boil.
2. Add the penis-shaped pasta and cook until tender, about 11 to 14 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat and drain the pasta without rinsing in cold water, to preserve its texture.
4. Return pasta to saucepan, add ¼ cup margarine or butter and ¼ cup milk to enrich flavor.
5. Stir in the cheese sauce mixture vigorously until smooth.
